DelPhi C++ v8.5.0

The new version (v8.5.0) of DelPhi is released.
This version of DelPhi has an implementation of epsilon gap Gaussian-based model, in this model a maximum possible dielectric within the solute is provided and dielectric inside the solute boundary varies as a function of Gaussian density which is defined by a minimum density value.
This version of DelPhi also implements an option to use multi Gaussian variance parameter Gaussian-based model.
This version of DelPhi also has capability to process a trajectory of structures generated by MD programs like AMBER (prmtop/mdcrd or prmtop/nc it requires netcdf-library), GROMACS (tpr/trr), NAMD (psf/dcd) and CHARMM (psf/dcd).
